The Free plan includes a 5% platform fee on each donation, which supports FundRosters infrastructure and maintenance. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) have no platform fee at all — 100% of donations (minus Stripe processing) go to your organization. Stripe's processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are separate and charged directly by Stripe on all plans.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing date.

The Free plan is always free with no time limit. For paid plans, we offer a 14-day free trial so you can test all features before committing.

Donations are paid out directly to your organization's bank account via Stripe on a rolling basis. Funds typically arrive within 3–5 business days of each donation — no need to wait for your fundraiser to end.
